- Two Product Specialists and Two Technical Specialist from our principals (FPI) factory are with us in Hyderabad for giving effective quality service to customers.
- We maintain required Spares, Consumables, and demo units so that down time will be minimized.
- We organize periodic preventive maintenance, Calibrations and see that instruments works smoothly without any drift.
- All our instruments, both warranty and non-warranty, can be repaired and calibrated by our in-house technicians.
